Britney Spears’ son, Jayden Federline, is speaking out on the ‘ridiculous’ conspiracy theories about his mother in the wake of her dangerous car stunt and DUI arrest.

The 19-year-old and recent high school grad, who relocated to Los Angeles to pursue music and modeling, scoffed at all the rumors in a video posted to Instagram on Friday.

‘I see this one video [on TikTok] that has like 1.2 million likes and then the caption is like: “The biggest theory ever: Is Britney Spears still alive?”‘ Jayden said in the footage. ‘Bro, you can go to her page and see her right now. Are you guys tweaking?’

Earlier this month, Spears caused alarm when she was spotted standing through the sunroof of her moving Mercedes SUV as it sped down Los Angeles’ busy 101 Freeway, driven by a male companion.

On March 4, the pop princess, 44, had been arrested on suspicion of DUI in Ventura County.

After spending less than three weeks in rehab, Spears copped to a plea deal, accepting a lesser ‘wet reckless’ charge, which translated to reckless driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Spears for comment.

The singer’s younger son clearly felt compelled to clap back at the rumor mongering while driving in a car with a friend.

‘Do you find it silly when people spread rumors like clone theory?’ his friend was heard asking in the pre-recorded footage, which mostly showed the ceiling of a moving car. Hearing Jayden’s snicker, the pal added: ‘Yes, he does find it ridiculous!’

Jayden answered: ‘It makes me really know that a lot of the stuff on media is exaggerated and fake. People know how gullible people are, and they use that to their advantage, and anyone that sees that on media, they just see it and if it has a lot of likes, they believe it. They don’t even research it. They’re just, “Wow, yeah, it’s crazy. I believe it though.”‘

Then his friend made a joke and said, ‘Listen, guys, I cloned Jayden. We’re not here to talk about that. That’ll be a story for another day.’

‘Nah, it’s funny,’ Jayden said. ‘I honestly feel bad. I get it though, how everyone is like a really huge fan of my mom, but you got to think stuff on media – it’s never as overthinking as they make it seem. Like, don’t overthink it. It’s not as complicated as it seems.’

Meanwhile, Spears has dismissed concerns about her seemingly bizarre antics on a Los Angeles highway.

She took to Instagram to claim that ‘nothing is what it seems’ when it comes to the incident.

Sharing a screensH๏τ of herself peering out of the car on the social media platform, Spears wrote: ‘What people see is two seconds of insanity of me arching me to the lords!!!! Yet the days and hours of my reality!!!!! Nothing is what it seems.

‘Psss I think I need to come out of the roof quite a bit more.’

Spears was believed to have spent around two minutes standing through the moonroof of the vehicle – which was being driven by a man in a cowboy hat – before it left the highway and pulled into a gas station.

A source told the Daily Mail that the troubled star was simply inspecting the ‘traffic’ ahead of the car.

‘Britney just went through the sunroof for a quick moment. She wanted to see what the traffic was about up ahead because the cars came to a stop,’ the source said.

The highway episode is the latest strange incident involving the …Baby One More Time singer in recent months.

In May, Spears was said to be acting ‘erratic’ and walking around with a knife during a night out for dinner.

A representative for the star said at the time that events were being ‘completely blown out of proportion.’

Meanwhile, Spears previously explained that she is on a ‘spiritual journey’ after checking into rehab following her arrest for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (DUI) in California earlier this year.

In an Instagram post where she posed with a snake in her hands while out and about with her sons, she wrote: ‘Went to the pet store with my kids and look at what a beautiful baby snake this is.

‘Snakes are symbolic of good health, higher consciousness, and pure luck… I’m so damn thankful to my friends and so many new beautiful people I have met through my spiritual journey… all a blessing in disguise (sic).’
